OMG This was so easy and very very tasty!! I really don't think that the salt was needed in the bottom of pan-but that is just personal. My Hubby really loved this and he is not crazy about chinese food. Chicken came out so flavorful and moist and it really reminded us of the chicken served at chinese buffets except there they just give you little pieces. I served this with jasmine rice and steamed broccoli totally quick and easy dinner. I can't wait to try this on the grill because we think it will be over the top.

I enjoyed this very much and served it with vegetable fried rice. I only had time to marinate the chicken for 2 hours but it turned out fine.

Delicious! I used boneless chicken breasts because my husband dislikes dark meat but I want to try this someday with drumsticks, too.
