Oh my goodness, this was heavenly! I scaled the recipe by a third, used almond milk and vanilla yogurt. I felt like I was in the islands! Thanks! Made for the Tempting Caribbean Desserts challenge-ZWT 2009(The Epicurean Queens).

This was a meal in its self. Used frozen bananas, a few ice cubes and skipped the water. Thick and YUMMY! Thanks for sharing. Made for ZWT5 Family Picks.

What a fantastic combination of flavors. This really was a tropical delight. I also did not use the water, but I did substitute iced green tea instead. I will be making this often. Made for Everyday's a Holiday Tag Game.

Wow!! This was my first attempt ever at making a smoothie.....and boy, was I impressed with my efforts! Made for me and my BF for breakfast this morning. Fast, easy, creamy, smooth, and wonderfully tropical! I cut the recipe in half, used vanilla yogurt and went just a little light on the amount of water added. Oh, and I ran out of milk....so used a blend of milk and half & half! (I don't think that hurt anything except my waistline!) Thanks so much for sharing this delightful breakfast treat!
