Very fresh tasting and wouldn't change a thing. I served with raspberries and strawberries. It is a great solution for a 4year who needs a sauce with everything. Made for ZWT 5.

This recipe attracted my attention for several reasons. First, the air conditioner broke down (a major problem in Arizona where today's temperature is 108 F degrees or >40 C degrees--conversion provided in honor of the Aussie/NZ recipe swap) and I wanted something refreshing and cool for dessert. Second, it is very similar to a dessert that I have already made. Third, I always like recipes that are simple yet delicious. Mango-Berry Delight doesn't disappoint. I made it with blueberries, strawberries AND raspberries. The mango provides a sweet but mellow flavor as the topping. DELICIOUS! I used Valencia orange juice (with lots of pulp); blending the mango and juice helps smooth the mango fibers. SUPER EASY! This is an absolutely great recipe for backyard BBQs or picnics. For presentation, I put the dessert in wine glasses and served with a mint leaf. For a more decadent dessert, I also added some whipped topping (okay it was a small amount so the recipe can still be healthy!). As I previously mentioned, I've done the same thing with berries and substituted mango sherbet. I chill the wine glasses then add the berries right before serving with a scoop of the sherbet. Delicious!
