This was super easy and delicious! I especially loved the addition of OJ, maybe gave it a little 'zing!' I did use Myer's rum and served over vanilla bean ice cream. After baking, I also poured the excess liquid over the ice cream. Thanks, FloridaNative, for posting. Made for ZWT 5.

    I made this for 1. It has a nice rich flavor. I only baked it for 10 minutes and my sauce was very thick. Mde for the Summer Comfort Cafe.

    I love this combination of flavors, I reduced to a single serving and thought the sauce might be a little skimpy, but it actually was perfect . Made for the Comfort Cafe July 09

    The suggestion to use smaller bananas was a very good one, because it made for a nicer recipe. It was just so good, and not as difficult as I thought it would be. The extra sauce was used for the ice cream after my family enjoyed the baked bananas.
