This really delicious, moist and easy to make. The only difference I made was I put each individual breast into foil and also added a teaspoon of wholegrain mustard to the mixture. I also only cooked this for 30 minutes and it turned out great. Thanks again.

Exquisitely moist use fat-free miracle whip instead of mayo for a low-cal twist.

FYI: Hellman's (Best Foods) reduced fat (Just 2 Good) mayo tastes exactly like the real thing. I don't care how unhealthy an ingredient is...I'll continue to use it if the lower fat/sugar/etc... version tastes crappy. This is a great one. So if you are watching calories, you can get the same result from using the Reduced Fat Hellman's.

This was great! The mayo/cheese/bread topping added a great flavor. Made me want more of it, so put it on heavy (I used a little more of everything). I used bone-in chicken breast because that is what I had laid out to cook for my family of 5. I cooked the 5 breasts for one hour uncovered. It came out perfect! My husband doesn't like mayo very much yet he loved this! I served it with corn and a salad. Thanks Denise in NH. We Georgian's loved it!

This was excellent chicken. it had great flavor and the chicken was so tender and moist. I sprinkled garlic powder on the chicken before I put on the sauce and it tasted great! I am going to try it again but I am going to use Montreal Seasoning by McComick. That seasoning is great on everything!!! Thanks again!

This chicken was very moist and the flavor was so wonderful. My husband who I thought might not like it becuase he doesn't care for white meat said it was excellent. The chicken was fork tender and you really didn't even need a knife for cutting. This is a wonderful and very easy dish you can just throw together. Thanks for a great tasting recipe!

Very nice recipe. When I make it again I will omit seasoning salt and use something like Mrs Dash. The parmesan cheese makes it salty enough. All and all a dish worth trying.

Funny thing...my mom had been raving about a chicken-mayo recipe for a few months and she made it over and over. I recalled this the other day and asked her for the recipe. She said she hadn't made it in awhile and couldn't find the recipe. I was bummed - especially since my mayo is about to expire and I wanted to use it up. I decided to see what other chicken recipes I could find, and lo and behold, here it was. I never even thought to look for it specifically. Anyway, it was as delicious as I'd heard. The only change I made was cut the seasoning salt down to 1/2 teaspoon based on a few other reviewers comments, and I didn't find it too salty at all. My husband commented repeatedly on how good the chicken was and how moist it was. I baked 45 minutes exactly and it came out perfect. A real winner!

This recipe is the BEST !!!!!! It is very easy to make and so very moist. I did leave out the salt, didn't need it. and used fat-free mayo. This recipe is a keeper at my house.

It was excellent, the chicken was moist and had a great flavor. I added one teaspon of Dijon mustard in the mayonaise. Thank you.
