My family loved these! They are very light and were easy to make.

    I'm anxious to make these mini pumpkin cupcakes but there is an error in the recipe. It calls for 1/4 c.(1 stick) melted butter. 1/4 c. = 1/2 stick butter,not 1 stick. Should I use 1/2 stick butter or 1 stick butter???
