Yum, made this for 2. Served with Caribbean Rice in a Rice Cooker. I think I like a better cut of meat than what we had, but doesn't take away from the simple and ease of this recipe. Thank you for posting. Made for ZWT 5.

This was great tasting & easy to make. I used sirloin because I had one in the freezer that needed to be used. I also think that with the short cooking time, the round steak might have been tough. The sirloin worked out great, with a flavor that cried out to be eaten again. We will oblige it too. Served this with Squash and Tomato Galette for a great tasting meal. This was very good, although i would prefer more flavor for the onions, so I think I would try making a bit more of the rub and cook it with the onions next time. Made for the Epicurean Queens ZWT5: Caribbean.

We really enjoyed this recipe! I love the peppery rub that gives an otherwise kind of bland piece of meat a nice flavor. Add the onions on top and you've got a great dish! Made for ZWT5 for Ali Baba Babes
