My DH and I loved this sandwich! What an unusual combination of flavors! Who knew Dijon, pickle relish, and tomato would go with cajun fish? I used regular mayo instead of lite, and had nice kaiser rolls on hand, so I put 2 filets on each...Delish! Thanks for a yummy sammy!

This was tasty. Sorry, I lightly breaded the fish and fried(personl prederence), but I used the other ingredients as written. This will be made again, as written. Thanks for posting. Made for I Recommended Tag.

From a novice fish-cooker who is trying to get more fish in her family's diet, THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS! DH, who HATES any fish that isn't sushi, said he really liked this!
I really liked this, and DD who loves fish liked it, too, so it's good for people leery of fish and who already love it. I used my non-stick frypan (I don't have a grill pan), and will probably lightly rub in some oil to the fish, because it still stuck quite a bit. Also I need to remember to not give DS3 the mayo, as he said it was "too hot" - though I thought it was great.
And whole wheat hamburger buns were good, but I bet french rolls would be even better! Thank you again, I will be making this again and again. MAde for ZWT5, for the Groovy GastroGnomes.
