This was reaslly good! I added a small pinch of nutmeg as well...really delish! Thanks for posting this...we love Jicama and what a great way to use it! Will make this alot this summer I'm sure! Made and reviewed for Zaar Chow Hounds...ZWT V

I enjoyed this sunny salad with dinner. I used regular orange juice with a splash of lemon juice. I also added a pinch of coriander. Yes mon! Made for the Epicurean Queens ZWT 2009.

Lovely! The addition of sour orange juice (i used the lime and vinegar) made this delish. Nice blend of flavor. Made for holiday tag.

OUTSTANDING SALAD, but then both of us here really like the combo of jicama & oranges! Call me chicken (I don't care), but I absolutely had to reduce the HOT-HOT, so used poblano chilies instead of the serranos! And, I'm keeping the recipe around ~ Thanks for posting it!
