These came out perfect for me, but I didn't use any juice. I got the no-sulfur, low-sugar dried pinapple from the health food store. I'd like to try them with home-dehydrated pineapple to get no added sugar. Pineapple's sweet. Why add sugar? My 2- & 4-year-olds loved these and frowned when I put some away for later. Thanks! I would rate it higher (the flavor is really good) but I'm not sure how "hard" they're supposed to get. Mine are still a bit sticky and are the consistency of gooey gumdrops. Still edible, just not exactly what I was expecting. Made for ZWT5, RRR.

Made these to snack on and while they tasted good they were very sticky. I made with just the first three ingredients as the directions state to add just enough juice to be able to form a ball and I could do that with out the juice. The consistency even after sitting was that of sticky raw cookie dough. Don’t have a good suggestion on how to resolve that issue. Sorry these sounded good and I love dried pineapple.
