A rockin' sandwich that kid#3 just adored. I didn't have a specialy bread, but was still great on honey wheat. Made for Everyday is a Holiday tagged 5/24

One of the best BLT's I have had and it is the Caesar Mayo that gives it the edge, which I will be using up on salad. I scaled this back to one and only put in half the amount of anchovies which suited me and served in in a wholemeal wholegrain bun. Thank you kittycatmom for a wonderful lunch, made for Everyday a Holiday.
