Ohhhh gailanng, the whole family loved this, the only change I made was to add about 2 tablespoon of finely grated parmesan cheese, only because I had about that left over from another recipe. We loved this, it made for a quick easy dinner with soup.......and so very delicous! This is a wonderful savoury scone or I think it was like an aussie damper..................whatever... ITS GOOD! Ohh I can stil tast the wonderful flavours........... A keeper for this family. Thanks gailanng.

YUM, YUM, YUM!!! These are truly OUTSTANDING scones! They have a very delicate, crumbly texture with a fluffy interior and crunchy crust. The taste is very balanced-all the different ingredients work very well together and make for a great flavour experience. I did not have any sun-dried tomato in the house, so I subbed some freshly chopped red bell peper for it, which worked out very well. These scones are very mediterranian, almost like pizza in a scone.
THANKS SO MUCH for sharing these tasty treats with us, Gailann!

These were so good, DH asked me, Did you buy these? Very easy to prepare, made exactly as directed. I got the fresh herbs from my garden. so quickly made, it doesn't have to be a weekend project! Lovely with butter, even better sandwiched with grated cheddar, a lovely savoury treat and good for you as well! Thank you for a 'keeper' recipe!
