Wonderful for a quick desert. Use buttermilk instead of milk for a creamer flavor.

This is pretty good. I have 4-5 recipes for peach cobbler, all of which are a little more work than this one. But I was in a hurry yesterday and this one fit the bill. I used most of the peach slices from a very large can and it still worked out well. But it's just a little small! Or our appetites are a little large! I used regular milk and added a pinch of salt. Thanks for a quickie, Cyndi!
