We thought this was a wonderful alternative to flour crust. I ground up oats to make the oat flour and added garlic powder, onion flakes and Italian seasoning. My picky daughter was surprised at how good it was for a healthy food.

SOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOD! I saw this recipe and laughed at the thought of creating a pizza crust without ANY flour or oil at all, but it turned out wonderful! Not for the thick-crust lovers, but if you like thin, chewy crust, you will love this!
