This was a great meal in itself. Super creamy potatoes, and the chive/parslry addition was excellent. Made for your Football Pool win.

    These potatoes were SOOOO good... I liked the herby flavor that the parsley and chives added. And they were super creamy! I highly recommend! Made for Newest Tag Game.

    This was the bad of my Warming Election Day Dinner. I wish I used garlic chives for this, but that is fine, regular was great. Don`t discard the solids! Use it in a pesto, stew, soup, top veggies, spread it on toasted Italian bread.......It`s just to good to toss. Thanks Sharon!
