Wonderful flavor for open-faced sandwiches, although I wish I didn't have to remove the scallops from the sauce this long. We wolfed these down! Thank you for sharing this recipe. Made as "Slice of Lime Babe" of Bodacious Brickhouse Babes for ZWT5 French region.
