6 Reviews of Kiwi Daiquiri

I prefer my drinks less sweet, so I used 2 teaspoons Splenda instead of sugar, and omitted the food coloring since I felt it was unnecessary. I was very, very pleased with the way these came out. I also used more rum hehheh. BF really liked it too. Totally refreshing. The only thing was that seeds fell to bottom of glass. Well, so what?

We enjoyed this drink. I would like mine a little sweeter, but that can be easily remedied next time. I didn't realize that I didn't have regular food coloring, only some neon colors my toddler picked out one day. It took about 6 drops before the color was noticeable, but then it was a pretty funky green color. LOL Thanks for sharing, Sarah! A delicious drink! Made & enjoyed for Zaar World Tour 5 - Ali Baba's Babes.

I've made this delicious drink for the 2nd time. I realized that the 1st time I misunderstood the directions and didn't include the 1st sliced kiwi in the drink. The kiwi makes a big difference in the flavour of the drink (no kidding, eh?). This was again prepared with 2 oz of rum for 2 drinks and without the food colouring. Made for ZWT5

This was a very nice drink. After reading other reviews, I decided to add more sugar and it came out just right for DH and I. Thank you for posting! Made for Dining Daredevils and ZWT 5.

Oh how ZWT lead us - or me at any rate - astray! I NEVER usually make something like this: for the most part I'm a strictly wine, water and coffee drinker. I was seduced by some photographs of this - and was SO pleased with how just how fabulously flavoursome it was! I made it exactly to the recipe, except for omitting the food colouring and using less ice. Made for Ali Baba's Babes for ZWT 5.
