I realize this recipe has received many reviews but I just had to add mine too. I'm considered a very good cook and I'll tell you this was delicious! I only added about half the dry soup and used imitation crab but it was definitely a WOW

This dish is so fabulous, that I'd eat it once a week. I thought that it might need a sauce, but when I tasted it, it was perfect. So moist and delicious. Two thumbs way up!!!

Loved this recipe, the flavors blended wonderfully. I had trouble getting enough stuffing into the "pocket", so I added the extra stuffing on the top of of each breast during the last 5 minutes of cooking, it became nice and warm and added extra flavor. Next time I will probably pound the breasts flat then stuff and roll up. I also used imitation crab meat and blended it in a food processor with the cream cheese so the stuffing was smooth.

Wow!! The kids all loved it. The high fat content discouraged me at first, so I cut down the crm. cheese, took out the egg yolks and used margarine. This was very flavorful. Thanks!!

This was a good dinner tonight thank you. I made a few changes to your recipe-no Lipton's soup, so I used 2 teaspoons of Old Bay Seasoning, 3 minced green onions and juice of half a lemon. I splashed some oil on the baking tray and rolled the crumbed breasts in this, then just oven baked from the start rather than pan frying first.

its funny because I found this recepe on AOL recepes about four years ago and my family begs me for it all the time. Tonight is the first time I have been to this site and low and behold here it is. If you want to spice this up try some shredded pepper jack cheese over the top five minutes before serving. Yum!

Mmmmm everyone including my 5 and 3 yr olds LOVED this chicken. I loved it b/c it was so easy to make, but looked and tasted like it took much more effort!
