My family loved this! Boiled 4 large chicken breasts from Costco in enough chicken broth to cover. Used chicken base to make the broth. Threw everything in a pot on top of the stove including the chopped /shredded chicken. Did add the crushed tortilla chips to thicken. The chili was still thin, but DELICIOUS! A friend found this recipe in our local San Jose paper and brought it on our Labor Day camping trip. We all loved it and I was excited to find it posted on Zaar. This recipe is delicious!
