Wow, what a wonderful recipe. We enjoyed this tasty comfort food very much. I stuffed one onion for myself and I also stuffed a red pepper for my dh. Both versions were excellent. The hot italian sausage gave the dish a nice heat , we really enjoyed all the flavors, they complimented one another beautifully. Thanks for sharing your recipe Sheynath.
