Followed recipe as written except for using Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix. Turned out delicious! Used it to stuff chops in Stuffed Pork Chops (46695). DH had no idea it originated with a boxed mix. Thanks for sharing!

What a fabulous way to turn a box stuffing into a work of art! We loved this!! I served this with grilled pork chops. I had a little leftover hominy and added that as well. Great way to dress up a boxed stuffing! I love these kinds of recipes! Sometimes I like the time/labor intensive "real" stuff, but this is great! You never would guess it came from a box and it is nice enough to serve to dinner guests! I did not use celery as we are not huge fans and I did not have any on hand! I left out the butter and used half the oil and this was still perfect! Thanks for posting! [Made for Holiday Tag]

I would never have guessed this came a boxed stuffing mix! It was delicious and so easy to make--less than 5 minutes and it was on the table. It will be something I remember on those busy weeknight evenings when I don't have a lot of time to cook but want a great side dish for dinner. Thank you, BakinBaby.
