These are great eggs! So different from the usual, and so tasty too. Hard boiled my eggs to boiling, put on lid, removed from heat and let sit 12 minutes. Drained water, added ice water, and eggs ready to go! Love the use of butter here, mixed with the yolk and seasonings very mild, but very flavorsome bites of goodness. I put chives and paprika on top. Will be making these again for Easter! Thanks! Made for Everyday is a Holiday

    Afraid these weren't a real big hit at my house. They were ok, but everyone missed the taste and texture of the mayonnaise. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders.

    These were delicious! I've been craving something creamy and we don't have any mayo in the house, so I whipped these up. They hit the spot! This will also be a great substitute for taking deviled eggs out to picnics - no need to worry about the mayo going bad. Thanks for the recipe!
