Well, YUM! My DH just raved over this easy to make drink! I ended up using malted chocolate powder. Now he wants one every night! Thanks kitty! Made for 123 Hit Wonders tag.

Funny, I was requesting Spring to start the spring around here, and I conjured up a dream about vanilla ice cream. So while that was churning I found this tasty, ever so lovely frosty recipe to try to endure through. (laughing here!) And endure you must. I followed this exactly. There would be nothing to change here, the flavors burst with freshness, chocolate was so yummy I almost fainted from waiting so long to eat. Next time (and there will be!) I might add some instant coffee granules (a few) and make it like a coffee mocha, although presented in this fashion is just perfect! Made for Everyday is a Holiday April 2009

kittycatmom, I have had this recipe for years but never made it until now. My 7-year-old said that he wants a chocolate milkshake, and having this specific recipe, I thought to try it. It was rich and creamy. I had vanilla bean ice cream which is intense in vanilla flavor, and had to add a little more Nestle's Quik. This one is a keeper. Thank you for sharing.

Wowzers!!!! When I tagged this in 123 Hits I thought initially it would be just like a regular milkshake but lo and behold this actually tastes just like a Wendy's Frosty. Nice and thick and a wonderful flavor! Never again will I spend over a dollar for a Frosty at their restaurant when I can make one at home without all the "junk" for half the cost! Thanks for sharing this WINNER!!

DH always gets a frosty when we go to Wendy's and he said this was close in flavor to the original. Also a tasty inexpensive treat! Thank you sweets for sharing this recipe with us. Made and reviewed for KK's Recipe Tag Game.

This is really good! It tasted somewhat like a Wendy's frosty, but irregardless, it's a great shake recipe. Thanks for sharing.

It was really good, but it tasted more like a chocolate shake than a frosty. I followed the recipe...it was good.
