These had a very nice flavor and used ingredients that most of us have on hand. I spread them out on a cookie sheet and baked them about 40 minutes so they were nice and crisp. Thanks Mysterygirl!

My family loved the potato sticks. It was a excellent recipe and the ingredients are usually on hand. And so easy to prepare.

This was tasty. However, it seemed to be a bit time-consuming to get it to the oven. Also, I could not fit 2 lbs of potatoes in a single layer in a 9 x 13 dish. I ended up using several dishes and it took a long time to get all of the potatoes cooked. If reheating, use a cookie sheet or some other dish and reheat in the oven. They are soggy if reheated in the microwave.

I am making these for the second time this week. They are that good! They were easy to make. I microwaved the potatoes after I cut them and before I dipped in butter and breadcrumbs to cut down on the oven time. Mysterygirl, thank you for this recipe that everyone loved.

These were wonderful. Very crisp for an oven baked. Loved the flavors. The only difference I made was using cayenne pepper for the black pepper. My stepson loved these. Thanks MG for sharing.
