Oh my goodness. These are amazing little parcels. Very easy to make and turned out like something you'd find in a pastry shop. I omitted the raisins, and sprinkled the top with coarse sugar after brushing with the egg. DH ran out to the store for vanilla ice cream. Guess what's for dessert?
