Very refreshing milkshake! My kids enjoyed it as an afternoon treat today on their last day of Easter break from school. I can see a wealth of possibilities of adding in a bit of peanut butter or even some espresso granules. It turned out perfectly with the measurements you have listed. Made for the Pick-A-Chef event Spring 2009.
