Yum, Yum and Yum!!! What more can I say.. This is a super simple yet delicious sauce that goes perfectly with a tender fillet mignon, which is the cut I served it with. A truly company worthy dish.. I seasoned the steaks with salt and pepper seared for just a few minutes each side, for a nice medium rare. Served on a bed of garlic mash and poured the sauce over and it was divine. The only thing I did change was to up the beef broth as there was not enough liquid for the sauce with just the 2 teaspoons stated apart from that made as directed. Thanks for a super recipe!!
