Thanks for a great recipe, Graybert. This is so easy to throw together and so much cheaper than regular Bisquick. I used it in Cream Cheese Filled Biscuits and they turned out perfect! Thanks again for posting!

This is the same recipe I use with the exception that I add 1 Tbsp of powdered sugar to the mixture. I preferr this mixture to Bisquik because it doesn't taste as salty. I use this for any recipe calling for bisquik and it works perfectly every time.

Works! I liked this particular recipe because it made a smaller batch and I can keep it fresher by replacing more often.

I needed Bisquick for a recipe and it doesn't exists here, so I made this up. It worked just fine. I chose it over the other bisquick recipes because I didn't have to buy any dry milk or anything extra to make it. Glad I found this one, it will make life here a lot easier.

I think this is better than store bought. I'm not sure if the freshness of the baking powder has anything to do with it but the biscuits I made with this mix were much lighter than store mix. Thanks Graybert!

This is the greatest!!! I ran out of Bisquick and had 6 kids that were expecting waffles. It mixes up quick and tastes great!!

I scaled this down to make 2 cups total so I could use it for pot pie topping. I also didn't have shortening so I subbed in margarine instead. I'm not sure how that would have worked for biscuits, but it sure went over well on the pot pie

Thank you for this recipe! This is great. I did it in the food processor in a matter of seconds. Used in a recipe calling for Bisquick and it worked perfectly.
