I usually don't enjoy pumpkin seeds, but this recipe was wonderful. I loved it and the kids did too. I did not have pumpkin pie spice so I substituted 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Ginger, 1/8 tsp ground cloves. I did not have any trouble with this recipe at all. It went very fast and smooth.

very delicious and easy to make! Will definitely be making these again next year. I rinsed my pumpkin seeds right before making, so they were wet. So I just increased the baking time. Turned out perfect. Cook for about 90 mins.

I really enjoyed the flavor of these. I didn't have pumpkin pie spice so I used 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, and 1/8 tsp nutmeg. I also cut back the sugar by a teaspoon. These would be good mixed with nuts or popcorn. Thanks for an easy, yummy snack!

These are AMAZING!!! I can't stop eating them. They are sweet, salty, crunchy, spicy...wonderful!! I am so glad there is another pumpkin in the house so I'll have plenty of seeds to make more. Delicious!! Thanks so much for sharing!

These were a bit more work than what I usually do to my pumpkin seeds, which is throw them in the oven with olive oil and salt. But the results were well worth it! These are so good! I can't stop eating them! I love the salty-sweet combination! I didn't know pumpkin seeds could be so tasty! Great healthy snack, full of vitamin A and E!

These were the best pumpkin seeds I have ever made! I made some the traditional way, and some this way..not knowing if my family would accept the new recipe. These are clearly a hit! sweet, and salty. I followed the measurements exactly except I used butter instead of oil. The sugar diddnt carmelize right away, but I covered the pan for about 30 seconds, then stirred well and it worked. Try these you won't be disappointed.

This was a delicious variation on pumpkin seeds! I think "candied" should be in the recipe title - I really didn't know what to expect until I had actually made them. You definitely have to wait for them to cool (as hard as that is) to get the true flavour. I will be making these every Halloween now!

These were very good, I forgot to review earlier I made these with our halloween pumpkins. Loved the sweet/salty flavor of this. I added 1/8 tsp of nutmeg and a bit more cinnamon to mine but these were great!!! Thanks for a great recipe. Karen
