I used fresh spinach and this was an excellent addition to my menu! I had it alongside Morg Kebab (Iranian Skewered Chicken) and Quinoa Tabouli. I loved the red peppers which gave it a little zip and flavored them so well. I used red wine vinegar as I love the flavor of it, and used 1 Splenda pkt. instead of the sugar to balance out the red peppers. Excellent!!! I look forward to trying it with swiss chard this summer!
