Fantastic, now I don't have to worry about not being able to find "store-bought" lavash. When I have time I'll post a picture with all the trimings, havarti cheese, tomatoes, green onions and mushrooms. Thanks lorrie for posting a great recipe. Made for holiday tag, sorry I'm late.

Great recipe - I find that homemade flatbreads like this one taste so superior to store bought flatbreads, and the chewy yet crispy texture is wonderful. I really liked that this recipe used half whole wheat flour, too. Thanks, Lorrie! Made for 1-2-3 Hits.
