Yummy! Yummy! I also made the sweet cinnamon bread - just brushed each layer with melted butter and dusted with cinnamon/sugar (too lazy to roll them!). Turned out so good and my kids loved pulling them apart. Thanks!

Fantastic! I made this with my 6 and 9 year old sons. They loved it. We made the sweet monkey bread. They turned out beautifully. I had never made anything like this before. (I only heard about monkey bread two weeks ago) I will be trying this again with many different flavour combinations. I see a funky garlic monkey bread in my future. Thank you so much for posting!

This is one of DH's childhood favorites and he really enjoyed it. I rolled each ball of dough in a brown sugar and cinnamon mixture and arranged them in the bottom of a pyrex bowl because I don't have a Bundt pan. It worked well! Next time I will increase the amount of brown sugar I use to make it a bit sweeter. Also, I used egg substitute and only 3 tbs. of butter for the entire recipe...I know it would have been even better with more butter but we are trying to limit the fats! Warm up leftovers before eating!!

This was the perfect bread addition to my soup dinner. I used my Kitchenaid mixer to make this. Never heard of Monkey Bread until just recently. Lovely texture and fun to just pull a piece off at a time.

Very good, not too sweet and easy to make. I added 50g mixed peels and nutmeg & cinnamon powder plus 1 tsp orange zest into the dough then divided into 14 balls and made monkey bread by rolling each dough in cinnamon/light brown sugar mix. Smelled and tasted great. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Wonderful!!! Easy to do a "veganized" version for my brother (2 TBS cornstarch + 2 TBS water = 1 egg). Used cinnamon sugar and put in a sprinkling of chopped pecans during assembly. I can't wait to try out the regular roll version (mmm, I'm thinking garlic).

Even though the Monkey Bread stuck and turned out slightly burnt, I give this an AWSOME! Next time I will spray the pan and bake it at 400 instead. But this is the first I found that didn't go by store bought dough. And this was so easy that I would even consider makin on a special morning for breakfast. Thanks Katie!

I had a recipe for this YEARS ago and had lost it. You could say that losing the recipe was a blessing. This replacement recipe is FABULOUS!! The whole family loved it!!

So easy! Trial run - will try the recipe out with the kids helping me next time. They loved the rolls with strawberry jam, so that's a success in my book!
