Very easy to make and delicious! I did use Swiss chard - the first time I actually used this vegetable. A nice quick dinner for weekdays. I didn't make a side dish which would have been nicer. Maybe a simple tomato salad?

I used puff pastry in muffin tins and added a touch of basil. No longer a weight watcher dish but it was excellent. So good my husband is looking for swiss chard for the garden next year.
