I added some onion as suggested in a couple of ratings. This was nice and creamy and quite flavorful. I will certainly make this again.

A good, tasty dinner to make. Since DH and I like that extra "tang", the next time I'll add a little more mustard. Thanx Merlot!

Yummmmm! comfort food PLUS... Merlot, you got yourself another winner here!
Made this with leftover ham that I had frozen in the freezeer, added more than 1 Tbsp mustard, we love mustard lol! and used large spiral noodles. This was very good, we enjoyed this, I thought I would have some leftovers for tomorrow night, by DS came over and finished it off, two thumbs up he said! Thanks Merlot for sharing another winner!...Kittencal

This dish was great! I had leftover ham and this was a fantastic way to use it. I will definitely use it again. I added some finely chopped baby carrots, a clove of garlic and about 1 cup of frozen peas to mine. I also added 2 tablespoons of New York Style mustard instead of the prepared. Excellent!

Delicious! I doubled the mustard and the milk as I like lots of sauce and wanted extra tang. I also added a chopped onion and peas. I topped it with some shredded cheddar instead of the bread crumbs. My husband and all 3 kids loved it. I will definitely be making this again.

This was good, easy to make and a great way to use up leftover ham. I think it just need a little something *more*. Maybe some peas thrown in the mix? I did skip the breadcrumb topping b/c I don't like that sort of thing on casseroles. DH liked it, which is always a good thing.

Very simple to make but also great tasting. The mustard sauce and ham flavors go well together. You are right about this being great comfort food. My family and I enjoyed eating your casserole and I will add this to my favorite, quick meal file. Thank-you Merlot.

My kids really like this one. I used a 1lb of ham instead of the 2 cups.

My family really liked this. Was wondering how it would be if you added a little bit of cheese to it.
