These were delicious! I found out after opening it that the apple jelly I bought was really runny, so I thickened the topping mix with a bit of corn syrup and it came out beautifully.

Super easy! Made the popover and chopped apples last night, took a quick shower while the oven pre-heated this morning and let the uncooked popover sit on the counter (to warm up a bit), and popped it in the oven while I got ready for work and they were ready to go right on time. I used apple butter for the topping and heated mine in the microwave on 30 sec intervals! Thanks for posting! Made for PRMR tag!
