Such pretty and tasty little bundles! I made two changes: I used Mae Ploy sweet chili sauce instead of the green chili in the sauce, (like bluemoon, I don't care for things to be too hot) and I broiled the patties instead of frying them. Great dish, blue!

These are very flavorful, moist patties. I served these as a main course. And made them with spicy pork sausage. The sauce was a little too much lime for me, but i loved the chile in it. DS gobbled up the patties and asked for more! We will be making these again. Thanks for posting!

Unusual and delicious! The veggies in the pork were a great combination and the spices were right on. I did not use the egg and used soy sauce instead of fish sauce as it's what I had on hand. Served as specified these made a great, easy lunch - thanks for sharing the recipe!

Delicious and inspired little patties! I served this as a main course, although I originally intended them as appetizers. They can go either way. Made as directed and loved how all the flavors came together. Since DH only eats iceberg lettuce (I personally would have preferred the butter lettuce!) and since I served as a main course, I shredded the lettuce. Oh, and I did use the egg since I'm an egg person! Thanks, BlueMoon DownUnder! Made for PRMR.
