This is a very good recipe. I like my steak with a dipping sauce sometimes, and this recipe was a fit. I wanted to cut the recipe in half, but figured that with so few ingredients and such small amounts that I would do better to make a full recipe. I will use this recipe again for dipping crisp veggies, or spring rolls. I think too that a Light soy sauce could be substituted. I'll experiment next time. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I will make it again.

This is a nice sauce for dipping! I used it on my steak and we really liked it! I used low sodium soy sauce and it worked well! I think this would go great with steamed shrimp, or even over Japanese noodles, seafood, and veggies. I will be experimenting with this and trying it on sushi as well!
