Fantastic! Can you say Gaahhh-lic? Yummy, I think I could almost finish this off by myself. You gotta love the garlic to try this recipe, and I DO! I don't think any vampires will be coming near me anytime soon. I have already premixed the dry ingredients and put them in a snack size ziploc to have on hand when the craving hits. And it will hit. Thanks for posting! Made for New Kids on the Block tag game.

Reece's Pieces is my sister, and I've tried her Killer Vampire Cheese Spread on two occasions - both times I adored it! I snuck back to grab cracker after cracker loaded with this, and I can't wait to try it on my own... all I need is a good party!

When I made up the dry ingredients for this, I could already tell that it was something that we would like, so, I set out 8 small bowls and made it 8 times. I put it in those small plastic bags that are used for jewelry, wrote the directions for adding the wet ingredients and stapeled to the bag. I only have one left, so, I'll be making up another batch soon. We loved it with pita chips. Also, I used up a small amount that I had left over by spooning it over hot broccoli. Yum!!

Well..........YUM! I changed a couple things. I can't stand onions so I used dried sliced garlic (that I crushed) insted of the onion flakes. I then used onion powder (which I CAN stand) in place of the garlic powder. So really just a switcharoo. Left out the chives cuz I don't like. I did add some crushed up dried tomato and that adds a nice red fleck to the dip....pretty AND tasty! Everything else just as written. I would think this would be great wrapped inside chicken breast and baked like a Cordon Blue either w/ or w/out ham and would make a yummy sandwich spread too! I think goat cheese would be interesting to try insted of the shredded cheddar sometime too. Even blue cheese would be good! Thanks for sharing!
