I probably should have made the larger cupcakes, but didn't! The only snowflake cutter I had made for flakes that were just a tad too big, but what the hey ~ The fairies didn't mind, 'cause the taste was the same ~ ABSOLUTELY GREAT! Although I didn't include the "sparkles & glitter" this time around, I'll definitely be making these again, at which time I'll be including all that fairy dust! Delicious and Magical!!! I made exactly as posted, well I did convert for US! The cupcakes were nice and light and the icing was wonderful - definitely add the vanilla! Thanks FT for a wonderful recipe!
