This is a easy and tasty recipe. I used some Italian sausage I had in the freezer, but I believe it will be better with regular breakfast sausage... just my taste. I also used apricot preserves since I had no apple jelly. I will make this again.

These were fantastic! I made them as the appetizer for Christmas dinner with friends. So quick and easy. I used 3 lbs. of turkey sausage. 1 lb. regular, 1 lb. sweet, and 1 lb. hot. Perfect. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
