An excellent no-bake cookie and I like that it isn't overly sweet. Made a trial batch this morning before adding these to my Christmas cookie tray. Using a 1 1/2 T cookie scoop the recipe made-as you said it would-15 cookies. This one's a keeper. TFS, made for New Zaar Cookbooks.

These cookies are very good. Not too sweet. The coffee comes through quite well. I can't wait to try this with leftover Trefoil cookies. I have also added this to my Girl Scout Cookbook as a recipe for the girls to handout with their boxes. I really enjoyed these nobake treats. Made and Reviewed for Comfort Cafe - Java Jolt - Thanks!

Mmmmm.... coffee-y and not to sweet! I used pecans instead of walnuts as personal preference and a bit more cinnamon
