Perfect! I got a sack of this rice, which I didn't know existed, in a 'zaar swap. No instructions were on the bag, so I went about learning things about it. Your recipe ansered questions that the web surfing made complicated. I appreicate your input and look forward to recipes you use with this beneficial ingredient.
