Cut this in half for a quick pie. Very tasty and does not miss having a crust. It does need to cook longer than 30 - in my oven anyway. I'm figuring that, given 8 slices per pie, the calories in each slice are around 125. That's really great too. Next time, I may add some cocoa and make it a chocolate coconut pie!
