This recipe is fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing. It will definitely be part of our St. Patrick's Day tradition from now on - everyone loved them! We made some plain and some with the raspberry preserves - they were equally delicious.

This is a great recipe! The cookies are a lovely texture and they taste wonderful. They are sweet so the next time I make them I'll cut the sugar down.

I made them exactly as laid out in the recipe, and loved them - the next day. I find them quite addictive and they go rather quickly. Very easy to make and great for dunking.
