Manda, as I sit here eating this delicious pasta salad I will tell you that this recipe is excellent! So very easy to make and so very full of flavor! I do love a good pasta salad and this is one of the best, most refreshing ones I have tried. This would be great for a picnic, summertime supper or even as a quick lunch the next day! Could very easily be packed into a lunch to take along. Thank you for submitting this wonderful recipe, Manda! I will definitely be making this one again!

I have made this pasta salad about 5 times now and think it is absolutely wonderful. It is very easy to make and quite delicious. I like using flavored oils such as garlic or hot peppers. I also add a couple more tablespoons of oil. To spice it up a bit I like to finely mince a jalapeno and add it in too.

This dish has a wonderful flavor and is so easy to make. I made it with orzo pasta and halved cherry tomatoes for a different look and took it to a pot luck picnic. Everyone, including the kids loved it and I got several requests for the recipe.

Let me join the chorus of praises for this salad. I played around with it a bit and added some chopped cucumber and scallions, some cubed Monterey Jack cheese, a squeeze each of lemon and lime, and 2 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar. I used farfalle pasta because that's what I had on hand. It made the perfect summer meal.

Thanks for sharing! I didn't have fresh basil so I used dried. It turned out good, but next time i'll use the fresh! We served it to 50 people for lunch and they begged for the recipe!

It's amazing how something so simple can be so delicious, but this salad is just that. I made this as written, served it, loved it, and then I added some diced pepper-jack cheese (just to use it up) to the leftovers and we enjoyed that as well. I do think that your ingredients make a difference....I used summer sun-ripened tomatoes, fresh basil, freshly grated Parmesan, sea salt and freshly crushed pepper. We loved this recipe Manda, thanks so much

Ok this pasta salad was to die for and perfect for my family! We are garlic lovers! I had a party and made enough for 60 people! The only additions I made were sliced black olives and some chunks of fresh Mozzarella! Yum! This will be my only pasta salad recipe from now on! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

This is the lightest pasta salad I've ever tasted! The flavor of fresh basil makes this the perfect summer salad for Italian cooks. I used shredded cheese for a nice added texture. Yummy!
