I enjoyed these burgers for lunch this afternoon. Wonderful little burgers, they made my day! I am a celery fan and I love carrots and oats, so this seemed to make me like it all the more. I did use black walnuts for the walnuts, 1/4 tsp. each of salt and pepper and whole wheat flour for a slightlier healthier option than all-purpose flour that I was planning to use. Thanks for a nice afternoon lunch!

This was good, tasty and easy to do. I found the texture to be a little bit too "mushy" for my taste though.

This was disappointing in that the mixture was impossible to shape into patties, even with the addition of more water, more flour. An egg might have helped, but my sister is a vegetarian. Not sure where I went wrong. The taste was bland, but I added 2 chopped dried red chiles w/ seeds and a little salt. We served it like a "veggie hash" beside salad greens, using a habanero sauce as a garnish as well (we don't like spicy food or anything, lol). With a little doctoring it wasn't a bad dinner. Thanks.
