This was absolutely delicious and very easy. The marinade is so thick and has a wonderful flavor when grilled. We had just come back from the Bahamas and I was looking to replicate the Jerk Chicken Wraps they served at our resort. Using your recipe, I grilled boneless breasts (cooked in 10 minutes), sliced them thinly, then put them into flour tortillas with cheddar cheese, wrapped them in foil and put them in the oven for 5 minutes or so to melt the cheese. They were delicious! Even my picky 7 yr. old loved them! I didn't have crushed red pepper, so I used McCormick Grill Mates Monterey Steak seasoning (has red pepper in it) as a rub over the marinated chicken just before grilling. Great recipe!

This was delicious! I did not have time to marinate, just spooned the jerk mix over the pieces of chicken (thighs and breasts) and roasted them in the oven for about 45 minutes. The only thing I would do differently next time is to decrease the cinnamon, as it seemed to dominant the flavor. The chicken was moist, tender and very flavorful. I can't wait to marinate and grill the chicken next time. I will definitely grill some extra tenders and try the tortilla suggestion of one of the other reviewers! Thanks princess buttercup!

Yummy in my tummy! My husband loves this recipe also. It has a really good flavor. I bake it at 400 for 30 minutes. Easy!

Awesome flavour with very little effort. I used this to coat 10 chicken leg quarters and I let them sit all day in the fridge. I can't wait to try this with boneless chicken breasts. Thanks for this great recipe, we'll be using it again soon!

You're so right, this was so simple and so so yummy. I used boneless chicken breast tenders. I loved the hint of the cinnamon flavor. This is a recipe I will make again and again. Thanks so much for sharing it.

I canNOT believe how good this is!! I literally just took it off the grill a few minutes ago and snuck a couple of bites of chicken. This is one of the easiest recipes I've used! There was a sale at the store on cut up chicken, so I got to experiment all at one time with 'hindquarters' with the bone in (thighs and drumsticks), and I deboned and removed the skin from the breast pieces, it's all good! I never use Italian dressing packets, I'm going to the store tomorrow to stock up so I always have them on hand specifically for this recipe! I will make again and again.

Deeelicious. I halved the cinnamon. Did on George foreman indoor grill about 6 minutes. Can't wait to use my leftovers in a salad wrap!

Our family loved this dish! I did convert it to an appetizer by pounding the chicken breast out and then cutting into stips and weaving onto a bamboo skewer. I did slightly increase the amount of ground red pepper but otnerwise made the receipe as directed. Quick and I loved the ability to marinade overnight!

Great grilled jerk chicken recipe. I cut breasts into strips, marinated and then grilled on short skewers for party finger food that everyone enjoyed. Thanks Princess Buttercup.

This recipe is absolutely delicious. It was very easy to make and was PERFECT. There wasn't any dry Italian dressing mix at the grocery store, so I used Italian Dressing Seasoning Dry Mix instead. This one is a KEEPER! Thanks so much for the recipe.
