I thought I was going to lick my plate ! This was so good I can't wait to make it again....even hubby was looking for seconds....too bad I didn't make more ! I didn't have any salsa so I made my own.....and added a cut up fresh peach.....YUMMY !! I will definitely make it the same way again....and I added some hot pepper flakes for a bit of kick.....just enough to counteract the sweetness ! Terrific recipe....I wish I could give this more than 5 starts !

Very tasty! I used pineapple peach salsa and even my DH who doesn't like fruit salsas thought it was great! The sauce would be good on pork, too.

5 stars! What an excellent recipe! I cut the recipe in half and left out the chili powder as I used a hot salsa. Also didn't need to thicken the sauce as it came out just right and there was the perfect amount of it too. The cumin is great in this recipe, adds so much flavour. I will be making this again soon!

Very good. Like Evie I used mild salsa and only one tsp of chili powder, but I could have used the full amount I could not taste it. I only used two chicken breasts so I had a little sauce left over. I thickened the sauce with potato flakes, first time I tried this and it worked great no more messing with flour or corn starch for me.

This was so good and so easy. I had some left over salsa and this was a perfect way to use it up. I too skipped the corn starch, I didn't think I needed it. I cut back a tad on the ketchup to help avoid that overly tomatoey taste. I prepared the mixture the night before, in the morning I put it over the chicken and had it ready to pop in the oven when I got home from work.

Unfortunately, we didn't really enjoy this one. It tasted like plain chicken with a slightly-more interesting-than-salsa type sauce... I don't think we'll be making this again, but if we did, I would most likely flavor the chicken with the spices and mustard first and add the sauce mixture at the in hopes of filling out the flavor. Sorry.

This chicken was amazingly tender! I only made 2 breasts so I baked it at 375 for 30 minutes. I made this because I had all the ingredients on hand, and didn't have to buy anything special. Will definitely make again.

I made this chicken this afternoon and thought the smell was wonderful while cooking. It was nice and moist and had a very unique flavor. I followed the recipe exactly as written and did use the cumin. At first I wasn't sure I liked it very much, but the more I ate, the better it got. I had more several times throughout the day and now I am sure that this is a real keeper. Thank you very much.

Delicious and incredibly easy meal! I tried it with Newman's own peach salsa. A little sweeter but still zesty (it's medium). Thanks!

So delicious...So yummy...and So easy! The flavours were a perfect balance of tang, sweetness and spice. I served it with jacket potatoes and steamed vegies, making it a very low fat meal. The only variations I made were to leave the cornstarch out and I also added dried garlic flakes. Thank you for the recipe, it was absolutely delicious!
