Wonderful recipe! I've never cooked Poblanos before but this was so easy. I made as stated but added sliced mushrooms and omitted the green pepper. The cream cheese gave it a great texture. My only complaint would be that my peppers were still fairly tough. Perhaps I was just to impatient. Next time I will broil them longer. Thanks so much.
