This was very easy to throw together. I decided to make it because I'm gestational diabetic and miss having fun indulgences like shakes
. It gave me that same texture without the carbs! I think in the future I'm going to try adding a little splenda to the mix for some sweetness. The vanilla and cinnamon flavor was really good. I like Been There, Baked That's idea about experimenting with other flavors too. Thanks so much for posting...this is one I'm going to be enjoying often!

It's almost too easy! This is a great basic recipe & I love that it is fat free! I added a dash of nutmeg after pouring into the glass. I plan on experimenting with additional flavors and additions..like, pumpkin pie spice, or coffee...

Last night was really cold so I decided to try this warm. I skipped the ice cubes and replaced the cinnamon with a little grated nutmeg. It was fantastic and I slept like a baby... Thank you for posting. Forgot to add, I used 1 cup of skim milk to make up for the ice and an immersion blender to whip it up. I think next time I might add a tsp of cocoa powder...
